I do not want messages to be held in the Replications window

Ok, this works. But one little issue I have with this, is that all my received messages are being held in the Replications window. I sent a test message to myself, and I had to REFRESH all the time so the messages can be then go into my Inbox. I do not understand why mail is held before it goes to the inbox.....

I just want messages to be sent directly to me inbox and thats it....Is there any way to do this? Even when I set the Replication schedule timing interval to 1 minute, I still have to wait and refresh. Outlook was not like this. It just sent all the mail directly to my Inbox without refreshing. I like to use Notes as well.
